We do not allow refunds of our products (except in certain circumstances), as they are accepted to continue the upkeep and growth of our server. If you are banned from our server or discord as a result of breaking our rules, you are not entitled to reimbursement.  Customers should acknowledge that bugs and glitches may occur as a result of you purchasing our products as the mods, plugins, and resourcepacks our server uses are in continuous development. We will do our best to fix any errors which occur. 

Chargebacks will result in your account being permanently banned.
